This has been on our list a while and it has finally been implemented. You can toggle on/off email notifications for new comments and mentions/replies separately as a user preference (globally applied to all your projects) in your account settings. You can also toggle these settings on a individual project basis in the project view (settings dropdown). If you have any feedback or experience any bugs, just let me know!
I second that! Thats a very urgent feature. We use huddlekit for example to give our clients the option to continouisly feedback their own website. We need to know asap when they left a comment to work on that task!
